Patrimonio Gastronómico is the Project for the Promotion and Diffusion of the Quality Food Products. The whole Traditional Gastronomy, from the Producers to the Traders and Restorers.

We offer an identity stamp who promotes Producers, Traders and Restorers under a Quality Mark. Through these signs people will identify establishments as producers, traders or restorers of traditional and quality foods, prepared from local products.
